Gateway 14 is a 67 hectare site alongside the A14 on the outskirts of Stowmarket and is the largest business, innovation and logistics park in East Anglia.

Offering up to 2.36 million sq. ft. of innovation, business and logistics accommodation, with outline planning consent granted, Gateway 14 is the destination of choice for the region.

The site has the potential to generate thousands of jobs in the region within manufacturing, innovation, transport, storage and retail trade sectors.

With a good public transport network and landscaped cycle paths, local employees can enjoy excellent travel to work, while immediate access to the A14 offers an easy commute to drivers.

The Range is the first occupier secured at Gateway 14, taking a 1,172,160 sq ft facility, with practical completion in autumn 2023. It is set to bring 1,650 jobs to the area.

Plans have been approved for a 164,796 sq. ft manufacturing and distribution unit on Plot 2000 at the entrance to the park. This flexible building could be delivered within nine months on either a freehold or leasehold basis.
