The Port of Felixstowe is the UK’s biggest and busiest container port – the only UK port in the Top 50 largest globally. The Port of Felixstowe handles 60% of all UK-Asia trade and serves EU markets through regular container and roll-on/roll-off services with a three-times daily sailing to Rotterdam. Four million TEUs (Twenty-foot Equivalent Units) and approximately 2,000 ships are handled by the port annually, with the deep-water facilities allowing the world’s largest container vessels to be served.
